Diet plan 1

Breakfast :

-susu segelas/yoghurt
-oatmeal
-telur separuh masak 2 biji

Mid breakfast :

-apple
-coffee

Lunch :

-bihun sup
-soya bean
-jambu batu

Tea time :

-prune/dried apricot/kismis
-biskut kering tanpa lemak
-teh 'o

Dinner :

-salad
-dada ayam seketul

Supper :

-kekacang
-popcorn
